Kristin Lansing (Stoeffler) is a seasoned assessment innovator and learning scientist with over 15 years’ experience designing and validating next-generation assessments for complex human skills. Her professional journey spans Pearson and ACT, where she led initiatives to define, measure, and build tools for 21st-century capabilities such as creative thinking, collaboration, teamwork, and problem solving. Her commitment to innovation is matched by her global vision: Kristin co-led the first global study to treat creativity as a measurable cognitive process rather than a trait. Kristin ensures that Ignis AI’s PowerSkillsAssessment™ is both scientifically rigorous and human-centered—equipping organizations to identify, develop, and measure human capabilities that truly matter in the age of AI and talent transformation.

Yigal Rosen, PhD
Co-Founder & CPO
Dr. Rosen is an internationally recognized leader in the science of human capability assessment, known for pioneering work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational psychometrics, learning sciences, and human potential. As Harvard University’s scientist, Dr. Rosen led the development of innovative AI technologies—most notably pioneering agentic AI for learning and assessment of hard-to-measure skills, which have been deployed in Microsoft and HarvardX talent development programs. He and his team at Pearson and ACT led the first OECD’s global assessment of collaboration and creative thinking skills. Dr. Rosen’s research was supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation and The LEGO Foundation.
